Room rates also include use of air conditioning and all appliances in the apartment, cleaning with change of bed linen once a week.
Change kitchen towels, towels for the shower and the beach – 2 times a week.

The apartment are rented in the terms of 7, 14, 21 and more days, in the period from Sunday to Sunday, from Saturday to Saturday, or other specific days on your request depending on availability.

Advance payment is required – 30% of the total amount of rent.
Advance payment can be made to our bank account or via Western Union

30% extra charge is required for the period of rent shorter than 7 days
